Un evento di portata globale, iniziato non senza contestazioni ma continuato nel migliore dei modi e con grandi e positivi risultati. Per chi non ci fosse stato o per chiunque voglia riviverlo questo è quello che è stato per me EXPO 2015 Milano. Guardate l’evento attraverso i miei occhi.
Per prima cosa di seguito trovate la mappa completa di EXPO, ho evidenziato tutti (o quasi) i posti che ho visto e che troverete in foto. Per ingrandirla o scaricarla vi basterà cliccarci sopra.
La nostra visita inizia dal:
- Padiglione Zero
– Ecco come si presenta dall’esterno
– Appena entrati si nota un’enorme libreria
– Passati alla sala successiva si nota al centro di essa un enorme albero che buca il soffitto, senza far vedere ai visitatori cosa ci sia all’esterno finché non si finisce il percorso guidato
– Un’altra sala aveva pareti ricche di semi
– Installazioni di vari animali, simile ad una grande arca
– La borsa del cibo
– La Conoscenza: Opera realizzata da Mimmo Palladino per il 90º anniversario dell’Istituto della Enciclopedia Italiana – Base lignea progettata da Michele De Lucchi e realizzata da Riva 1920
– Enorme mulino interno
- Brasile
La caratteristica principale e forse più famosa di questo padiglione era questa rete, passaggio obbligato e iniziale per poi continuare il tour all’interno. Di sicuro la parte più divertente

– A precedere la fila un curioso vaso a ricavato da una Fiat 500
– Prima di arrivare alla lunga fila per entrare nel padiglione questa installazione ha catturato la mia attenzione con la sua simmetria
– Non era fatta di plastica, assolutamente, forse il lavoro più faticoso di tutti all’interno di EXPO
– L’ingresso del padiglione

– Il padiglione era preceduto da un bellissimo “prato” fiorito
– Al suo interno giochi di luce ricreavano un prato artificiale

– La lunga fila prima di entrate nel padiglione
– L’alveare illuminato di sera
– L’impressionante struttura dell’attrazione principale del padiglione del Regno Unito

– Appena entrati tramite un gioco di prospettive si poteva leggere la parola “BREATHE” (respira)
– I giochi di prospettiva si concludevano con un “GREETINGS FROM AUSTRIA” (saluti dall’Austria)

– L’ingresso era caratterizzato da una particolare cascata, guarda il video più sotto

All’interno, per modo di dire, del padiglione era sito un Ice Bar. Temperature glaciali attenuate da caldi indumenti e un drink per ravvivarsi un po’ in mezzo a sedie, tavoli e un bancone interamente ricavati dal ghiaccio

– L’attrazione principale, probabilmente la più famosa, spettacolare e maggiormente immortalata di tutto EXPO

A global event, started with some protests but continued in the best way and with great and positive results. For those who hadn’t been there, or for anyone who wants to relive it that’s what it was for me EXPO 2015 Milan. Look at the event through my eyes.
At first you find below the complete map of EXPO, I highlighted all (or most) of the places I’ve seen and that you will find in the pictures. To enlarge or download it you just have to click on it.
Our tour starts from:
- Pavilion Zero
– Here is how it looks like from the outside
– As soon as you enter you notice a huge library
– Gone to the next room you can see in the middle of it a huge tree that penetrates the ceiling, without showing visitors what’s on the outside until you finish the guided tour
– Another room had walls full of seeds
– Installations of various animals, like a large ark
– The food stock exchange
– La Conoscenza: Work realized by Mimmo Paladino for the 90° anniversary of the Istituto della Enciclopedia Italiana – Wooden base, designed by Michele De Lucchi and produced by Riva 1920
– Huge internal mill

The main and perhaps the most famous feature of this pavilion was this net, forced and initial passage so then you can continue the tour inside. Certainly the funniest thing

– Preceding the line a unique vase made from a Fiat 500
– Before arriving at the long line to enter the pavilion this installation has caught my attention with its symmetry
– Shewasn’t made of plastic, absolutely, perhaps the hardest work of all within EXPO

– Inside it light effects create an artificial lawn

Inside, so to speak, of the pavilion it was an Ice Bar. Glacial temperatures softened by warm clothing and a drink to revive a bit amid chairs, tables and a bar made entirely from ice
