Non ho mangiato ovunque, ma per quello che posso voglio condividere con voi ciò che ho assaggiato a Los Angeles.
- Rooftop Lounge all’ACE Hotel
Purtroppo non ricordo i nomi ma il gusto è ancora vivo nella mia mente. Drink fruttato e fresco che accompagna perfettamente gli snack ripieni di carne e formaggio. Il menù completo potete visualizzarlo qua. Da qua si vede gran parte dello skyline di Los Angeles e oltre allo stile accattivante del rooftop, nei giorni più caldi si può favorire della piscina.
Locale alle soglie del “centro” di Los Angeles che serve i suoi gustosi hamburger su particolari piatti.
Moderno e con una bella zona all’aperto per chi ama mangiare all’aria aperta e prendere un po’ di sole, sempre che non faccia troppo caldo. Io ho preso questa interpretazione di una pizza, nulla a che vedere con quella vera ma buona. I loro menù li trovate qua.
Locale molto bello e dal design curato, si sente con forza che in cucina gli chef italiani danno il loro contributo fondamentale. Qua ho voluto provate un piatto di pasta e devo dire che mi sono sentito a casa, quindi direi promosso a pieni voti. Per vedere il loro menù cliccate qua.
- Dodger Stadium
Nulla di più americano che magiare junk food guardando una partita di baseball.
Il locale ha hamburger di vario tipo, sia per carnivori feroci che per vegetariani convinti. Il tutto è sempre buono, mai avuto nulla da ridire. Se siete curiosi guardare il loro menù in foto qua.
Enorme, strapieno, di sicuro per stomaco forti, sarà pesato si e no 5kg ma era buono: Barbacoa Burrito. Per scoprire tutti i modi in cui potete saziarvi date un’occhiata al loro menù.
Piccola ma gustosa, al secondo posto tra le pizze che ho assaggiato a Los Angeles (sicuramente poche per fare una classifica precisa). Se volete scoprire cos’altro potete mangiare guardate qua.
- Lard Lad Donuts – Universal Studios
Se volete la vera ciambella di Homer non c’è nessun altro posto in cui la possiate mangiare se non agli Universal Studios.
Buone ma buone ma così buone che me ne sono fatto fare un pacco personalizzato per farle assaggiare alla mia famiglia. Qui trovate tutte le loro proposte.
Tra i vari gusti proposti ce ne sono alcuni che vengono offerti solo in alcuni giorni della settimana o periodi dell’anno. Il mio preferito è quello con il ripieno al limone, fresco e perfetto per l’estate. Per conoscere tutti i gusti proposti e sapere quando sono disponibili controllate qua.

I didn’t eat anywhere, but as far as I can I want to share with you what I tasted in Los Angeles.
- Rooftop Lounge at ACE Hotel
Unfortunately I don’t remember the names but the taste is still vivid in my mind. A fruity and refreshing drink that accompanies perfectly some snacks stuffed with meat and cheese. The complete menu can be viewed here. From here you can see a large part of the skyline of Los Angeles and besides the attractive style of the rooftop, on hot days you can use the pool.
Place on the threshold of downtown Los Angeles that serves its tasty burgers using particular dishes.
Modern and with a nice outdoor area for the ones who love dining outdoors and take a bit of sun, unless it gets too hot. I took this interpretation of a pizza, nothing to do with the real one, but good. You can find their menu here.
Very nice place and well-designed, you can feel strongly that in the kitchen Italians chefs give their vital contribution. Here I wanted to try a pasta and I must say that I felt at home, so I’d say passed with flying colors. To see their menu click here.
- Dodger Stadium
Nothing more american than eating some junk food watching a baseball game.
The restaurant has burgers of various types, both for wild carnivores and convinced vegetarians. Everything is always good, never had anything to say. If you are curious look at their menu through pictures here.
Huge, thick, certainly for strong stomach, it will be weighed almost 5kg but it was good: Barbacoa Burrito. To discover all the ways you can saziate look at their menù.
Small but tasty, in second place among the pizzas I tasted in Los Angeles (certainly a few to make a precise classification). If you want to find out what else you can eat look here.
- Lard Lad Donuts – Universal Studios
If you want the real Homer’s donut there is no other place where you can eat it except at Universal Studios.
Good, good but so good that I made them make me a custom package to let my family taste them. Here you will find all of their proposals.
