Sono stato a visitare il Grand Canyon e ti dico come andarci e perché!

Facciamo una piccola premessa: sono stato a Las Vegas per trascorrere un weekend lungo con partenza il venerdì pomeriggio da Los Angeles e ritorno da Las Vegas il Lunedì, possiamo considerare 3 giorni. La Domenica mattina ci siamo svegliati presto e abbiamo guidato in direzione Tusayan, l’ultima zona abitata prima di entrare nel parco.
Detto questo vi guiderò in questa bellissima esperienza come meglio potrò.

– COME SPOSTARSI
Per raggiungere questa stupenda destinazione potete servirvi unicamente della vostra macchina. Saprete di essere arrivati grazie ad un’accoglienza del genere.

– HOTEL
Ci sono poche possibilità e tutte distano circa un’ora di macchina dal bordo della South Rim. In ogni caso conviene prenotare con un giusto anticipo per non rischiare, soprattutto se volete dormire proprio dentro al parco e magari avere una camera con vista sul Grand Canyon. Se l’ultima proposta vi alletta, allora dovete prenotare al Grand Canyon Lodges & Hotels, l’unica struttura presente all’interno del parco.

– RISTORANTI E FAST FOOD
Prima di entrare nel parco, se avete fame, potete provare a Tusayan le alette di pollo piccanti al WE COOK PIZZA & PASTA. Invece la sera, dopo una lunga giornata di escursioni dovete assaggiate le miglior ribs al mondo al Big E.

– POSTI DA VEDERE
Qua direi che sta a voi trovare gli scorci più suggestivi e i paesaggi migliori, ne siete circondati. Un consiglio che posso darvi è di non perdervi assolutamente l’alba o il tramonto sulla South Rim.

I have visited the Grand Canyon I’ll tell you how to go there and why!

Let’s make a short introduction: I have been to Las Vegas to spend a long weekend leaving Los Angeles on Friday afternoon and coming back from San Francisco on Monday, we can consider 3 days. On Sunday morning we woke up early and we drove direction Tusayan, the last inhabited area before you enter the park.
Having said that I will guide you through this wonderful experience how best I can.

– HOW TO MOVE AROUND
To reach this wonderful destination you can use only your car. You will know you have arrived thanks to a welcome like that.

– HOTEL
There are a few possibilitiesand all are about an hour’s drive from the edge of the South Rim. In any case you should book with a fair advance to avoid the risk of not finding a free spot, especially if you want to sleep right in the park and maybe get a room with a view over the Grand Canyon. If the latest proposal entices you, then you have to book at the Grand Canyon Lodges & Hotels, the only establishment within the park.

– RESTAURANTS AND FAST FOOD
Before entering the park, if you are hungry, you can try in Tusayan the spicy chicken wings at WE COOK PIZZA & PASTA. Instead in the evening, after a long day of excursions you have to taste the best ribs in the world at Big E.

– PLACES TO SEE
Here I would say that’s up to you to find the most charming views and the best scenery, you’re surrounded. One piece of advice I can give is to not miss the sunrise or sunset on the South Rim.
